1. How do I know that my order has been delivered ?
	There are two ways to know that your order has been delivered:
	• you will receive an email for the EthioGift Service Team that they have delivered your order and • you can check your order status by doing the following steps Connect to http://www.ethiogift.com Log using your login name and password Click on My Account Click on Check Order Status
2. Can I make an order to someone if I know only his/her phone number but not woreda or kebele?
	Yes, you can but it is recommended to give more than one phone numbers.
